Requests to cancel already submitted and financially settled registrations can be accepted only after a written request has been sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. up until 30 days before the day of the race. After this deadline, no cancellation request can be accepted. 

In case of a cancellation, the participation fee is returned to the runner, minus an administrative fee of €5. The refunds will be made approximately a month after the race.

If the bank from which the deposit was made is ALPHA BANK there is no additional charge in the return of the runner's subscription, apart from the 5 euros mentioned above. If it is another bank, then there is a division of the return costs for both the organizer and the runner (over 5 euros), which is proportional to the bank where the deposit was made.
